How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Please review the steps below before proceeding:

• Navigate to the "Delete Your Account" option in the app menu.
• Click on the "Delete My Account" button.
• You will be redirected to a confirmation page.
• Read the instructions and click "Confirm".
• A final confirmation dialog will appear. If you confirm, the deletion request will be submitted.

"Access the "Kp Zone" app installed on your device and follow the instructions in the images below to complete the account deletion process."

Note: It may take up to 60 days to completely remove your account and all associated data.
